This is the angel of peace that I painted yesterday, its seems like I am in a better place. My art reflects my life so this is a better spirited painting than the last... Also I have a new piece that is in progress "Guardian Angel" This one is proving to be challenging with all of the layering that is happening. Its an ongoing project that when finsihed, I will post for all to see.

Best Friend

Newest painting almost appears dark in nature....because of the bleeding heart. Not sure what got into me, but I was experimenting with colors and new paint I bought. Then again, this hasn't been the best week around here.

Untitled Painting

Another new painting I am going to be selling. Irridescent paint was used on the wings and part of the garden. Its shimmery and soft.

I'm still working on this and its evolving into a wonderful art piece. I think I just need to add some more glittery paint and its done and ready to sell.

This is my newest painting "Moondance" that I did using new techniques I learned from suziblu workshop. Its not finished yet, but as soon as it is I will post the final product.

Last Roses in my Garden

Another watercolor I did this week. I did it because I saw three roses left in my garden. I wish I nurtured them like this girl.

You are The Sunshine of My Life.

This was done on 9 x 12 heavy watercolor paper. After the color is applied I added india ink to outline some features and write in the saying. Experimenting with watercolor is fun and so unrestrictive.

This one is a November challenge for Embrace the Face. The theme is LACE. I hope to have a better picture up soon, but this was all I could get. It says, "Lace" the invention of a goddess and the occupation of a queen-Vinciolo. It's painted on a 12 x 16 artist board with collage papers and acrylic paint.

Guardian Angel

Another Guardian Angel. This one is so simple I just love her. I chose the frame this week and it should be hanging up on my walls in a few days.
